Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Studio Social at Blakwater. By accessing this website, booking a session, or participating in any studio experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Services

Studio Social  provides private, professionally facilitated studio and lounge experiences, including but not limited to:

All sessions are private and facilitated by professional studio staff.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any session date and time.

  • Booking preparation begins immediately upon receipt of deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • All pricing is listed in USD and subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be applied to a future booking within three (3) months, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduled sessions must be paid in full in advance.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit without exception.

4. Session Duration & Capacity

  • Session durations are fixed based on the package selected.

  • Karaoke Studio Sessions and Corporate Sessions are capped at 25 participants.

  • Date Night Duet Sessions are limited to two (2) participants.

  • Overtime is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees if available.

5. Arrival & Guest Responsibilities

  • The designated Manager must arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in and coordination.

  • Guests must respect the studio, equipment, staff, and building at all times.

  • Participants are responsible for assisting with basic cleanup, with staff support.

  • The Studio Spot reserves the right to end a session early due to unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
